By downloading, accessing, or using SnusFri you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SnusFri. The app discusses nicotine use, withdrawal, and cessation strategies that are not appropriate for minors.
SnusFri provides educational and motivational content only. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about quitting nicotine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or use nicotine replacement therapy.
If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at build@ahmedjaama.com of any unauthorised use.
SnusFri Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your app-store account (e.g. Apple). The 3-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription from your app-store account settings.
Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its own policy.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it to harass, impersonate, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app, its design, copy, illustrations, and code are owned by SnusFri or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own quit journey.
You retain ownership of notes, reasons, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and display this content so we can deliver the service to you.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnusFri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
