How does the free trial and subscription work?

SnusFri Premium starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial it continues as either 99 kr per month or 499 kr per year, depending on the plan you pick.

All subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select SnusFri, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Cancelling during the 3-day trial means you are not charged.

I already paid but Premium isn't unlocked

In the app, go to Settings → Support → Restore purchase. This re-checks your Apple ID for an active subscription and unlocks Premium.

If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with and we'll fix it.

How do I change my quit date or daily pouch count?

Go to Settings in the app. You can edit your quit date, daily pouches, price per tin, and days per tin at any time. Your progress updates automatically.

How do I start over?

Settings → Restart fresh wipes your logs and progress and takes you through onboarding again. Your subscription is kept, so you are not charged again.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account, logs, and personal data. This cannot be undone. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.

Notifications aren't arriving

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → SnusFri and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then re-enable the reminders you want in the app under Settings → Notifications.
